1. Flip and rotate weekly in the first two months to compress evenly.
2. Spot clean only.

* Note that tufting is what keeps the cotton filling in place and thus goes through the entire item so to take off the cover for washing you need to snip the tufts. Most times you will only need to spot clean the cover. For the rare occasions where you need to machine wash it, we have added inner lining (of a lightweight 100% cotton fabric) to more easily take out and re-stuff the cotton all at once.
